Description

The Tortoise Skeleton Puzzle is one of a series of wooden puzzles with knobs to assist the Child to lift the puzzle piece out of the frame.  This finger movement is vital in the development of the finger “pincer” grip and the eye-hand co-ordination.

By talking about their own environment in comparison to that of animals and plants they learn about similarities and differences in relation to places, habitat and living things.

This item is for children over 6 years of age and is one of a series of wooden puzzles whose pieces illustrate the component parts of the different vertebrate groups.
