Classified Cards are collections of pictures with labels that show and classify various aspects of the world around the child.
Also known as Montessori Nomenclature cards ‘assigning of names’ these cards are often used for building vocabulary and concepts in all subjects.
These cards have yet a third name, the 3-part cards. This material is made up of pictures and labels. The control card has both the picture and label, the mute card displays a picture only and the label is the separate third card.
