While children learn to form numbers, they simultaneously learn basic number concepts such as the order of numbers and the relative size of numbers. This product is aligned to the handwriting board which uses lower case Nelson font, (available separately).
Children learn basic calculation skills as they work this material. A well-known fact; children who have well consolidated number concepts, tend to cope better with mathematics.

This number writing is excellent quality and it is light enough for my daughter to carry around and write. Her little fingers grips the wooden pencil easily. The grooves are deep enough to allow the pencil to flow easily. We are enjoying this item very much. Thank you!
