Description

20 Sets of beautiful images, illustrating the different items of furniture, personal possessions, bedding and accessories found in a bedroom.  This set of Bedroom 3 Part Cards, teaches the Child new words, which extend the range of their vocabulary.  This is a large set of classified cards, and we suggest that the teacher select between 5 and 8 sets for the Child to work with.  Once they have worked through these cards, they move onto the next selection.  Initially, the young child will be working with these cards, purely for vocabulary practice, not reading yet. They will return to them at that later stage.

Features of Bedroom 3 Part Cards:

• the items found in the bedroom range from the common to less common developing the Child’s vocabulary
• examples of the sets are:  bed, book rack, hair brush, chest of drawers, teddy bear, etc.

  • encourage the Child to work independently
  • improve focus, concentration and self-esteem
  • helps develop reading skills

• sold in a transparent, A5 plastic envelope
