Description
The nine wooden grammar command boxes are all beautifully colour-coded, and designed to hold; and display; the Grammar command cards, which are sold separately. They also showcase each different particular part of speech. This activity follows that of the printed grammar cards; which are sold separately; and supports the grammar command instructions. These are written on each card, and stored in the relevant boxes.
Seven of the nine boxes are each finished in a different colour. However 2 of the colours are duplicated, these are the brown, and red. The reason for having 2 boxes in the same colour is because these cards work with both commands, and activities for the relevant parts of speech.

Why do the colour-codings of the Command Boxes differ to the Grammar Symbols taught in 3 to 6?
An important fact to note is that the colours of the grammar boxes, printed grammar cards, and grammar command boxes, are different to the colour-coding used in the grammar symbols taught in the 3 to 6 environment. We follow the traditional colour-coding advocated by Maria Montessori. She dictated that all the grammar materials; and activities; for the elementary classes, must have unique colour-coding to that of the grammar symbols, to prevent children from just matching the colours.
