Description

The Mat for the Small Movable Alphabet designed by our Montessori specialists, helps take word building, and letter placement to the next level.  The directress prepares objects / images representing phonetic words.  The Child selects an object or image for example ‘crab’.  They say the word slowly, sounding out each letter clearly.  After laying the object; or image; between the 2 blue lines, the Child selects the letters to make the word, and lays them next to the object; or image; on the blue line.

Note, the moveable alphabet letters and objects in the illustrations, are sold separately.
