Description
Infants and toddlers are naturally inclined to post objects into boxes. This activity allows them to easily recover the shape and do it again whilst they learn the principle of object permanence, as well as improving their fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
Childrens House offer a wide range of traditional Imbucare boxes, which introduce the infant to the concept of object permanence. The Imbucare Box with Large Cylinder, a wooden box with an opening on top, allows the infant to ‘post’ the prism and retrieve it through the hole on the side.
