Description
Made from stainless steel, this pair of Forceps – 125mm – Blunt, is a versatile tool in the Montessori classroom. This set is slightly longer, and has a more blunt end compared to the other forceps we sell. They are also an essential tool, used in the practical life environment.
What is the Practical Life Environment?
This environment is aimed at the 3 to 6 year old children. The young Child develops and strengthens their hand; and finger; muscles by regularly practicing transferring skills. These activities prepare their fingers to hold a pencil in the correct “pincer grip”.
However, the tweezers will work just as well in scientific experiments practiced by the lower, and upper elementary environments.
