Each set of the Antarctic Mammals – 3 Part Cards, has 3 cards, a control, mute and label card.  There are 10 sets, with beautiful images, illustrating real images of mammals from the Antarctic, in their natural environment.

The direct objective of this activity, is the expansion of the young Child’s vocabulary.  They are indirectly preparing to learn how to read.  3-Part Cards are also known as Classified cards.  This activity forms part of the Montessori curriculum.
