We confirm current or completed Montessori Assistant or Diploma coursework (AMI, AMS, MACTE) and experience with Montessori environments.

4. Reference Checks
References from Guides, Heads of School, or trainers provide insights into reliability, teamwork, and philosophical alignment.
5. Optional Video or Reflective Task
