Our Montessori-Informed Selection Process
Each Guide we present has been evaluated for both professional readiness and philosophical integrity.
1. Credential Verification
We verify all AMI, AMS, or MACTE training, including practical experience and ongoing professional development.
2. Montessori-Informed Interviews
Our interviews are led by Montessori professionals who assess tone, presence, and capacity for observation — not just experience.
3. References & Alignment
We seek references from Heads of School and trainers who can speak to authenticity, classroom tone, and respect for the Child.
4. Observation & Reflection
Where possible, we arrange opportunities for classroom observation or reflective dialogue — because how a Guide moves, speaks, and listens reveals more than any résumé.
5. Optional Demonstrations
For leadership or senior guide roles, we invite reflective essays or video submissions to deepen understanding of philosophy in practice.
