Guides & Co-Leads

From Nido to Upper Elementary, we place certified guides who bring deep understanding, calm presence, and authentic Montessori practice to their classrooms.

All guides hold AMI, AMS, or MACTE credentials and demonstrate a strong capacity for observation, respect, and independence.

  • Respect for independence and order in the environment

Heads of School

We conduct confidential leadership searches for Heads of School and Executive Directors who combine operational strength with a deep commitment to Montessori pedagogy.

We seek leaders who:

  • Foster prepared environments for both children and adults

  • Balance strategic growth with philosophical integrity

  • Lead through observation, reflection, and community-building
