Founded in 1974, Montessori School of Raleigh (MSR), together with Carolina Preparatory Academy, serves over 400 students from 15 months through Grade 12.
MSR offers a fully developed Montessori program from Toddler through Upper Elementary on a 10-acre campus in North Raleigh. Carolina Preparatory Academy provides an International Baccalaureate Middle Years and Diploma Program on a separate campus in Durham.
The school is guided by the values of Respect, Integrity, Community, and Love of Learning and is accredited by the American Montessori Society (AMS) and Cognia, and authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization.
Montessori School of Raleigh (MSR) is seeking a Montessori-trained Toddler Lead Guide to join our faculty for the 2026–2027 school year.
The Toddler Lead Guide will lead a classroom serving children aged 15 months to 3 years, fostering independence, language development, and early social growth within a carefully prepared Montessori environment.
This role is well supported within a collaborative Toddler program and is ideal for a guide who is grounded in Montessori principles, attentive to the developmental needs of young children, and committed to building strong partnerships with families.
