Job Title: Montessori 3-6yr Assistant Directress

Start date: 13 January 2025 to 30 April 2025 – maternity relief post – (possibly a permanent post)

Requirements:

• Studying for a Montessori qualification or has experience in a Montessori environment.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about teaching children.
• Preferable experience in a Montessori 3-6 environment with contactable and reliable references.
• Has a fun and caring temperament.
• Someone who takes initiative and is proactive.
• Has good time management and planning skills.
• Has a confident attitude, and can  approach and communicate with parents, staff etc.
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Has own reliable transport.

Remuneration:  Salary will be based on experience and qualification.

We are a no closing school – we work throughout the year – we close for 4 weeks during the December January period.
