The Water Cycle is Changing

The sudden abundance of water got me thinking about where it all comes from and how easily we take it for granted.  Let us not forget the hot, dry days of “Day Zero”.  Did you know that the Mayor of Vancouver was interviewed on Cape Talk last year describing how his city is in very much similar a situation that we had been, and how the citizens were following in our footsteps to conserve their water as successfully as we did ours.
