Position:  Assistant Toddler Teacher

Start Date:  January, 2024

Qualities Required: 

• Montessori Training:
  • Possesses a Montessori certificate or has completed a recognised Montessori training program.
  • Familiarity with the Montessori philosophy, and materials is essential.
• Love for toddler education:
  Demonstrates a deep understanding, and genuine love for working with toddlers, fostering their growth, development, and independence.
• Patience and empathy:
  Exhibits patience, kindness, and empathy while guiding toddlers through their daily activities, creating a supportive, and nurturing environment.
• Strong communication skills:
  Effectively communicates with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress, and addressing any concerns or questions in a timely, and respectful manner.
• Creativity and flexibility:
  Embraces creativity, and adapts teaching methods to meet individual needs, allowing children to explore, and discover the world around them at their own pace.
• Team player:  Works with fellow teachers, contributing to a positive work environment

Salary will be based on experience, and qualifications.

Own transport is essential.
