Description

Pouring is an early practical life lesson.  As the child develops their pouring skills, similar but more advanced pouring activities are introduced.  This white, porcelain teapot offers the Child an opportunity to practice these skills, by serving tea to their friends.

What Does Grace and Courtesy Involve?

Maria Montessori believed implacably in the value of working with others in a positive, polite, and peaceful manner.  She laid out; in her teachings of the practical life environment; the basis of what she meant in the grace, and courtesy lesson plan.  This includes:-

• teaching the social skills used in their day-to-day interactions with others.
• learning how to interact socially with others
