Description
There are three Verb Boxes in this activity. Each box contains word cards that grow in complexity as they are presented to the Child/ren. The verb tells us what the word wants us to do, or think. Maria Montessori viewed the function of the verb as an energizer of the language. She believed that this word brought the language to life, that it points to what the doer (the noun) wants to achieve through the sentence.
