Description

The Touch 2 Match product develops children’s tactile sense.  The activity requires the Child to match the texture of the loose pod to the texture of the pods in the control block, and to learn how to describe them.

Features and Objectives of the Touch 2 Match

• the main objective is for the Child to match two pods, whilst blindfolded.  They only use the sense of touch
• indirectly, they will improve their;
  • focus, concentration, and tactile perceptual skills
  • vocabulary skills are improved
  • sense of touch is heightened

Contents of the Touch 2 Match

• a wooden control block with 10 control pods, each pod features a different texture
• 10 separate, loose pods match those on the control block
