Description
The Montessori method of teaching advocates that children learn by using hands-on methods, to advance their understanding, at their own pace. This is why the arithmetic signs box is such a useful activity, in any elementary classroom. Children can use these cards to practice various equations.

- 5 sets of numbers from 0 to 9
- these numbers are printed in green, which aligns them with the standard Montessori colour to indicate units
- 5 sets of each of the following signs: plus, minus, multiply, divide, less than, more than, equals, and parenthesis (brackets)
- all stored in a small plastic box with a lid
