The tray plays an essential role in accomplishing Maria Montessori’s teachings. Teachers present activities on the trays, and display them on the shelves. The child selects the activity of their choice and carries this tray to the work table. Once completed, the tray is carried back to the shelf.
An example of an activity, presented on the premium large tray, is the 1,000 wooden cubes for the decimal system. This product is sold separately.
