Description
One of the most common flatworms is the tapeworm, a parasite often found in the digestive system of humans. The Parts of a Flatworm Activity explains how they are hermaphrodites, meaning that they have both male, and female sexual reproductive organs, as well as many other interesting facts about flatworms.
Based upon the Montessori zoological curriculum, flatworms belong to the Platyhelminthes phylum. This product combines the simplicity of a 3-part card set, a booklet; that comprehensively covers detailed descriptions about flatworms; and definition cards. It is aimed at both the 3 to 6, and the 6 to 9 environments.
