Description

Oceania, a collective name for the islands scattered throughout most of the Pacific Ocean.  The term, in its widest sense, embraces the entire insular region between Asia and the Americas.  The Oceania Flags – 3 Part Cards activity lists 15 countries with their individual flags.  Each control card depicts a beautifully illustrated flag of the countries and a map indicating where they may be situated; whether on an island or continent.  Included amongst these flags are those for the six federated states of Australia.
