Description
Young children enjoy learning about animals. The Mammals from Around the World Activity brings these creatures to life, for children. The mammals are all pictured in their natural environments, providing a realistic backdrop to how, and where they live. As the Child learns the names of the animals, they instinctively improve their vocabulary. The teacher discusses the environment of where they are living, and the children use their imagination to extend their knowledge about worlds they have never seen or experienced.
The color-coded material is aligned with the Montessori Animal Kingdom, where mammals are coded red.
