Description
All plant life begins with a seed, normally sown into the soil. These miniature objects provide children with a concrete means of understanding how a seed grows into a plant. The life cycle of green bean plant objects; used together with the life cycle of a green bean activity; takes the Child on a journey. By comparing these objects to a real life bean, and plants they learn not only how the beans look and feel underground; then sprouting through the soil; but what happens in real life.
