Description
Africa. The name is primal. It conjures up dreams of bundu-bashing through jungles (be amazed by the height of the giraffe!). Or riding up high; through the thirst inducing, intense heat on the back of a camel, following a Berber nomad to discover the great Pyramid of Giza. Alternatively, you could climb to the top of Table Mountain, that protects Cape Town, the southernmost tip of Africa. The Africa Continent Folder brings the Child stunning images with a detailed description to bring the country to life.
We could go on for ever describing the wide variety of experiences you encounter in any one of the 54 countries of the African continent.
In Africa, storytelling was, (and in many of its countries, still is), the main methodology of imparting information. Stories inspire you, taking you on a journey that you can see in your mind’s eye. It reflects the social values in a culture and motivates people in their pursuit of a worthwhile life. Stories reveal ideas, beliefs and facts about others. They prompt a thirst in you to explore and experience for themselves.
