Description
There are three Adjective Boxes in this activity. Each box contains word cards that grow in complexity as they are presented to the Child/ren. The adjective describes the object or subject. Maria Montessori viewed the function of the adjective as the describer of the language. She presented a large dark blue triangle to represent the adjective symbol.
The words that we used in this activity, were carefully selected to enable the teacher to use them in conjunction with objects in their environment, if they so choose.
