Description
Maria Montessori advocated that there are various types of play, ‘free play’, and ‘guided play’. In “guided play” the teacher; or guide; shows the Child how to handle certain learning materials. This is known as “presenting the activity to the Child”. Control of gross; and fine; motor control is attained by practicing this activity, allowing them to refine their movements. This control is gained by using the 100 ml glass carafe.
