The Pink Tower for Toddlers is a series of cubes that develop visual discrimination of size in 3 dimensions.
This material is an excellent first step for toddlers to begin to explore mathematical concepts in the decimal system, geometry and volume. The interesting fact is that the Child does not even realise that they are learning these concepts! Toddlers have an instinctive need to understand what happens with shapes and particularly blocks which they will automatically pile, one on top of the other to see what happens.
The Pink Tower for Toddlers consists of 5 wooden cubes painted pink, increasing increments from 2 cm³ to 10 cm³.
The Base Block is 10cm cubed. Each block decreases in size by 2cm down to the smallest being 2cm cubed.
