The ideal candidate needs to have the following attributes:

 • A sound understanding of, and passion for the Montessori philosophy 

• Paediatric First Aid Training

• Police Clearance Certificate

• Registered with SACE

• Montessori 3 – 6 yr. qualification

• Experience in a Montessori classroom

• Punctual and reliable 

• Good organizational and classroom management skills

• Excellent written communication and verbal skills

• A thorough understanding of the developmental and holistic needs of the preschool child
