We are welcoming applications from experienced and passionate Elementary Montessori Guides (ages 6–12) who are deeply committed to child-centred education, authentic Montessori practice, and long-term professional growth within a collaborative international school community.
This role is within a well-established, independent Montessori school in the Caribbean, serving a diverse international and local family population. The school is intentionally small, values long-term relationships, and is deeply committed to maintaining fidelity to Montessori principles across its environments.
Located in a safe and welcoming coastal region of the Caribbean, the school offers a rare combination of professional seriousness and exceptional quality of life. Guides live and work in a real community rather than a resort setting, with easy access to nature, beaches, and outdoor life alongside the rhythm and responsibility of a purposeful school environment.
The Elementary programme is carefully designed to support the developmental needs of the child while offering structure, mentorship, and meaningful professional collaboration.
